Disaster narrowly averted

After a brief period where we thought greed and ego would stop the Daleks from being included in the new Dr. Who series, the BBC is now reporting that they've settled their dispute with the Terry Nation estate and the Daleks will indeed be a part of the new adventures of Dr. Who.
